This policy describes how GifLoom (the "App") and its developer handle information. GifLoom provides GIF, image, video, and audio editing features. Editing does not require an account. Local media processing is separate from the network services used for advertising, usage measurement, and notifications.

1. Media and device permissions
The App accesses media you select or share with it to edit, convert, preview, and export GIFs, images, videos, and audio. These editing operations take place on your device. Source media and edited output are not uploaded to a developer-operated media server.
The camera-to-GIF feature uses the system camera and may request camera and microphone permissions for recording with optional sound. Media or storage permissions allow importing and saving files. Available access controls vary with the Android version and workflow. You may deny or revoke permissions in Android settings; related features may then be unavailable.
If you choose to share or open an exported file in another app, that recipient receives the selected file and handles it under its own policy. Such a transfer is initiated by you, not a background upload by GifLoom.
2. Local storage and support information
GifLoom stores preferences, editing caches, previews, and working files locally. Local processing logs may contain file names or paths, media dimensions, duration, and error details. These media-processing logs are not automatically sent to the developer. This is distinct from SDK diagnostics described below.
If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and resolve the reported issue. Please do not send sensitive media unless it is necessary for your request.
3. Advertising: Google AdMob
The App integrates Google AdMob for banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Google and participating ad providers may process identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic data to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Advertising ID use and personalization depend on device settings, consent, and service configuration. This does not mean the App requests precise GPS location.
Provider information: Google Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosure. Where a consent form is provided, its partner list supplies additional information about participating providers.
4. Usage measurement: Firebase Analytics
The App integrates Google Analytics for Firebase to understand usage and improve features. It processes app-instance identifiers and usage events, such as launches, screens, and sessions. Depending on settings and consent, it can also process the Advertising ID and approximate location derived from an IP address. These are not names or email addresses supplied through an app account.
See Google Analytics data disclosure. Advertising choices and Analytics collection are separate controls; declining personalized advertising must not be interpreted as automatically deleting Analytics records or disabling every Firebase service.
5. Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) processes installation identifiers, registration tokens, and technical app information to route messages to an app installation. Notification interaction events may be measured through Firebase Analytics. You can control notification display through Android settings. Turning off notification display does not itself delete the installation identifier or token.

6. Privacy choices and your rights
In regions where applicable, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to present advertising privacy choices. You may accept, decline, or manage the available purposes and partners. When available, the App's privacy-options entry lets you revisit those choices. Declining personalized ads does not necessarily remove all ads; limited or non-personalized ads may still be offered where permitted.
You can also manage media permissions and notifications, and reset or delete the Advertising ID where supported, in Android settings. These controls do not necessarily remove data already held by service providers.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact the address below for requests or questions, including about Analytics processing. We may need limited information to identify the relevant records. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
7. Recipients, processing locations, and security
The services named above process technical information on their infrastructure; local editing does not mean the App has no network data collection. Providers may process information outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards. See their linked privacy notices for details. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.
Local information is protected by Android's sandbox and permission controls. Google documents encrypted transport for the named SDK services. No storage or transmission method offers an absolute security guarantee. This static policy page contains no advertising or Analytics scripts; its hosting provider, Cloudflare, necessarily receives network requests to serve the page. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
8. Retention and deletion
Source media and exported files remain until you delete them. Clearing the App's storage or uninstalling removes its private settings and files, but does not necessarily remove exports from shared device storage. Android may remove temporary caches independently.
Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request, resolve follow-up issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. SDK information is subject to the relevant service's retention rules and our configured settings. It is not correct to assume uninstalling the App immediately erases remotely held data.
The App does not maintain user accounts or a developer-operated media database. For information we or our service providers can identify and control, contact us to request deletion. We will explain any identification requirements, provider-specific procedures, or legally required retention rather than promise deletion of records we cannot identify. 9. Children's privacy
GifLoom is a general-purpose editor and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to this policy, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when features or information practices change and update the revision date. Where required, material changes will be accompanied by additional notice or a new consent request. This policy is a disclosure, not consent obtained merely by using the App.

3. 广告：Google AdMob

4. 使用情况统计：Firebase Analytics

6. 隐私选择与您的权利
在适用地区，本应用使用 Google User Messaging Platform 展示广告隐私选择，您可以同意、拒绝或管理相应目的和合作伙伴。提供隐私选项入口时，您可以通过该入口重新调整选择。拒绝个性化广告不一定移除所有广告；在允许的情况下，仍可能展示受限或非个性化广告。
您还可以在 Android 设置中管理媒体权限和通知，并在支持的系统中重置或删除广告 ID。这些设置不一定删除服务提供商已保存的数据。
依据适用法律，您可能享有访问、更正、删除、限制处理、可携带、反对处理及撤回同意的权利。撤回同意不影响此前处理的合法性。您可以通过下方邮箱提出请求，包括询问 Analytics 的数据处理。我们可能需要有限的信息来定位相关记录。您也可以向所在地的数据保护监管机构投诉。
7. 接收方、处理地点与安全
上述服务会在其基础设施中处理技术信息；本地编辑不代表本应用完全不发生网络数据收集。服务提供商可能在您所在国家以外处理数据，相关条件及保障措施请参阅其隐私说明。法律要求时，信息也可能依法披露。
本地数据受到 Android 沙箱和权限机制保护。Google 的文档说明了上述 SDK 服务的传输加密措施，但任何存储或传输方式均不能保证绝对安全。本静态协议页面不含广告或统计脚本；托管服务商 Cloudflare 为提供页面会接收网络请求，详情见 Cloudflare 隐私政策。
8. 数据保留与删除
源文件和导出文件会保留至您主动删除。清除应用数据或卸载可移除应用私有设置和文件，但不一定删除共享存储中的导出文件。Android 也可能自行清理临时缓存。
客服往来将在处理请求、解决后续问题和履行法律义务所需期间保留。SDK 信息适用相关服务的保留规则及我们的配置。卸载应用不意味着远程保存的数据会立即全部删除。
本应用不提供用户账号，也没有开发者运营的媒体数据库。对于我们或服务提供商能够识别并控制的信息，您可以联系我们提出删除请求。我们会说明必要的识别信息、服务商处理流程或依法需要保留的情况，不会承诺删除无法定位的记录。安装标识符删除及相关服务时限可参阅上方 Firebase 隐私说明。
9. 儿童隐私
GifLoom 是通用编辑工具，不面向 13 岁以下儿童。如果您认为儿童以不符合本政策的方式提供了个人信息，请联系我们，以便调查并采取适当措施。
10. 政策更新与联系
功能或信息处理方式变化时，我们会更新本政策和修订日期。重大变更将根据要求另行通知或重新请求同意。隐私政策用于披露信息，不以用户使用应用这一行为本身代替同意。
